Job Description

  1. Provide information according to customer inquiries based on solution guides and web information
  2. Executing customer requests according to applicable standard procedures
  3. Make a problem escalation report to the related unit
  4. Document the types of customer problems
  5. Actively updating products and procedures
Job Requirement

  • Age max 30
  • Minimum GPA 2.75
  • Minimum D3 all major (preffer majoring in nurcery, teacher, tourism, communication and literature)
  • Good Voice (no slurred and no regional accent)
  • Great typing skill (minimum 35-40 wpm)
  • Active-positive in 3 social media account Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
  • Have the ability to write essay
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Able to work as a team
  • English medium level (active listening and writing)
  • Social Media Active (minimum 3 social media account)
  • Working experience in service will be advantage
  • Ready to work in shifts (24/7)
