Job Description
• Develop, operate, and continuously improve a SOC platform based on Elasticsearch,
Logstash, and Kibana (ELK).
• Design and implement end-to-end log ingestion, normalization, and enrichment pipelines.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate the provisioning and configuration of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or Huawei Cloud) using Terraform and Ansible.
• GitOps & Automation: Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD/Jenkins for declarative and automated application delivery.
• Build and maintain security monitoring dashboards, alerting mechanisms, and basic correlation rules.
• Support SOC software architecture design by contributing to architectural decisions, service integration patterns, and scalability strategies for ELK-based systems.
• Engage in service capacity and demand planning, software performance analysis, tuning and optimization.
• Develop secure, well-architected, scalable and high- performant backend (BE) services in Node.js (JavaScript & TypeScript) and Golang.
• Implement best practices to deliver maintainable, testable, and production-ready code.
• CI/CD & Security: Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with embedded security controls (SAST/DAST/Secret Scanning/SCA).
• Pro-actively debug and solve production incidents during your oncall shift.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship and knowledge sharing to peers (e.g Junior BE developer)

Job Requirement
• 3 - 6 years of experience in DevSecOps, Backend Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana); experience with Wazuh is a plus.
• Solid experience in Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with: o containerization (Docker, Kubernete), o Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Ansible) o Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience deploying and operating services in cloud-based production environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, or similar).
• Proven experience developing backend services using Node.js (TypeScript) and Golang.
Soft Skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to junior engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-growing, cross-functional teams.
